Dear Mom, Sorry
Dear Mom… Sorry I spoke harshly with you.
Sorry. I didn’t pay heed to your words
But I was burning from inside
I was desperate in life.
Fear crept in with a nasty grin
It chuckled and made me impatient
It went deep and saw my loneliness
Mother… When I was near you I was safe
I could sleep in your lap
and get insurmountable care
Ah! Those treasures of unsullied love.
But I am lost now, running after love.
A Pathetic I have become,
a living dead, in search of peace
A nomad searching for your substitute…
Mother, don’t feel bad or sad.
I fight with you to get your attention,
I see you and all my fears vanish
Sometimes I get angry but I love you…
